At LAD Construction Company, we believe in what we do and we stand by our work.

Unlike many companies, LAD provides it own warranted adjustments, repairs, or replacements. We do not believe in using a third party vendor that has no idea who our customer is or the construction methods used in their home. We service our work and carry through the same quality that you will come to know from LAD for your warranted issues. We provide emergency service as well as a 24-hour answering service. A comprehensive warranty is delivered to you at the closing, and LAD will assign and pass on to you all of the individual manufacturer’s warranties for certain materials, equipment, appliances, major mechanicals, etc. that continue for many years depending on the item.

Additionally, at closing, we will provide recommendations for the care of certain items in and around your home such as gas fireplaces, granite, faucets, mechanical shut offs, and heating and cooling systems.
