Patty is fantastic!!! She helped us find a perfect piece of land in an area where land is not so easy to find. It was very important to us to stay in the school district for our son and we were very concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find something that fit our needs. We are thrilled with our new home. We went searching for a contractor that could excavate our wooded, hilly lot. The owner of LAD Construction- Leon- did an exceptional hands on task of “designing” our lot so a house with two bedrooms and garage on the main floor could be built. We are still amazed at the way he spread the dirt around so much, that he was able to add a side space for an additional car. Our back yard has a slight slope that leads to a flat backyard. Our home is beautiful with hardwood, high ceilings, and modern details. Our builder was on site everyday with his crew. We never had problems getting in touch with him on the phone and our many visits were welcome. This is a builder who enjoys working with his hands! His wife-Patty- does all the business concerning the building process. She was more than willing to explain and help with our design questions. She made appointments for us to see all the people necessary for the many details that come into play for building a home.The crew was friendly and passionate about their work. My wife and I purchased a home built by your company in 1993. We have been in this home for two months and are extremely pleased. The quality of the craftsmanship and general construction are above average. The tile flooring, cathedral ceiling, sky lights and den carpeting show good attention to detail when it comes to making a home that is above average in what it has to offer.  We previously owned a new home in Asheville, North Carolina, so we are familiar with new construction and the kinks that need to be worked out after one occupies the house. We have found minimal items that need adjustment. When we mentioned items that we wanted you or your staff to look into,  you were not only courteous, you were quick to respond regardless of how minor the item.
