Patty is fantastic!!! She helped us find a perfect piece of land in an area where land is not so easy to find. It was very important to us to stay in the school district for our son and we were very concerned that we wouldn't be able to find something that fit our needs. Thanks to Patty we didn't have to go looking outside of the school district and now we get to build our dream house exactly where we want to be. ~Noah and Sarah
